The ICAN Seniors Association focuses on disseminating specially designed effective exercise programs to the elderly population, aimed at preventing falls and enhancing bodily stability and overall health. Our goal is to enhance the physical strength, stability, and confidence of the elderly through carefully selected exercise plans, facilitating their daily activities.
